Hace unos dias he deci­dido apun­tarme en la web de Full Tilt Poker para jugar al hold’em como un amigo mio ya estaba jugando me invito y asi se llevo el bonos por invi­tar a una per­sona pero me invito de mi casa usando mi PC hasta aquí nada raro.Full Tilt Poker solo deja una cuenta por juga­dor y des­pués de 2 días un erro a la hora de entrar con la cuen­tay el siguiente mensaje

Bueno mande un correo elec­tró­nico y nada así que he deci­dido enviar un correo elec­tró­nico al accountinfo@fulltiltpoker.com y he reci­bido una res­puesta de siguiente correo elec­tró­nico cashier@fulltiltpoker.com lo pri­mero que he pen­sado es “pero que mierda es esto si tengo pro­ble­mas con la cuenta a la hora de entrar no con poner o reti­rar dinero” bueno des­pués de unas lineas me piden que me iden­ti­fi­que, aquí una parte del correo electrónico.

Please send in a copy or scan of a cre­dit card sta­te­ment sho­wing the depo­sit made on Full Tilt, the name of the account hol­der and the Cre­dit Card num­ber.
If you don’t receive paper sta­te­ments a screens­hot will be accep­ted too.

Before sen­ding copies of your docu­ments, please ensure the follo­wing requi­re­ments are met:

* The copies are clear and legi­ble (96 to 150 DPI or higher recom­men­ded for scan­ned copies).
* The copies include the full docu­ment (bill/pay stubs, fol­ded papers and par­tial sec­tions are not accep­ted).
* Email atta­ch­ments do not exceed 3 MB and are in JPEG (.jpg) format.

If you do not have access to a scan­ner, we will accept digi­tal pho­tos of the docu­ments pro­vi­ding they meet the requi­re­ments above. If your camera has a macro fea­ture (appears as a tulip icon), please enable it and take the photo wit­hin a 12 to 18-inch dis­tance.
